Angelica Root – Europe
This helps provide the earthy base note to “Haswell” Gin brand.
Coriander Seeds – Europe
The finest coriander seeds are sourced fresh from Morocco and ground down to release their complex blend of citrus and spice, more than a suggestion of lemons and oranges, rounded by a ginger-like spice.
Savory – Europe
Summer Savory (Satureja hortensis) is the most delicate of the ingredients, adding light notes, as like mint or fennel.
Lemon Peel – Spain
This balances “Haswell” Gin is to provide the fresh zesty lemony notes. We use only the juiciest Spanish lemons, selecting the finest peel to add a delicate, bittersweet flavour which has the freshness and subtiety to lift the aromas of the rest of the botanicals.
Grains Of Paradise – West Africa
These intensely peppery berries add a faint, pleasant spicy note. An exceptionally special botanical, these West African grains combine a peppery bite. In “Haswell” Gin they add a spicy quality to the spirit.
Bitter Orange peel – Haiti, Morocco
The most important part of “Haswell” Gin to make the character and noticeable difference to all other Gins. We use only the best oranges, selecting the finest peel to add a delicate, bittersweet flavour, which has the freshness and subtiety to lift the aromas of the rest of the botanicals and help create a distinctive citrus flavour.
Sweet Orange peel – Spain, Morocco
Using sweet orange peel adds a delightful freshness and sweetness. The orange we use is very rich in essential oils. We usually find the best are from Spain.
Liquorice Root – Eastern Europe & China
Providing the light woody notes and sweetness on the taste, also the rounded smoothness that compliments the five citrus fruits of “Haswell” Gin.
